At Bloome by Sasha, you’ll find a gluten-free brunch where the entire menu is suitable for people with celiac disease. We’re a gluten-free restaurant and café offering breakfast, brunch, and artisanal pastries designed for both people with gluten intolerance and those looking for vegan options—without compromising on flavor.

We're located in Barcelona, with locations in Sagrada Família, the Gothic Quarter, and Eixample, and we also offer a gluten-free brunch in Menorca during the summer season.

At Bloome by Sasha, we offer healthy cuisine in a setting where the entire menu is gluten-free: bread, pastries, and breakfast and brunch dishes.

Our gluten-free brunch concept is available at three locations, each with its own unique character: Sagrada Familia, the Gothic Quarter, and Eixample. Each location captures the same essence: homemade food, specialty coffee, and a cozy atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy yourself.

Our locations—on Passeig de Sant Joan, Av. de Gaudí, and Via Laietana—are little oases for the gluten-free community.
Here you can enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast, and sometimes brunch as well. We also offer specialty coffee and artisanal pastries.
